What effects should I put on a bass and drum set, in GarageBand, to make them have a dubstep sound?

I love listening to dubstep and would really like to make my own beats
for parties and just hanging out with friends. Could you tell me what
effects to put on the drum set and bass in GarageBand?
I know that the base for a dubstep bass is Deep Round Synth Bass and
the base for a dubstep drum set is a Techno Kit, I just need to know
what effects to put on them to make them into actual dubstep
instruments.
If someone could help me, I'd really appreciate it!
